There are 3 major high level reasons for obesity i.e. wrong eating habits, no exercise habits and wrong life style. Further, there can be other reasons too like metabolic disorder, genetic reasons or due to side effects of medicines

In this article, we will talk about 15 important Weight Loss Tips for lose fat easily and also helpful to stay fit. 

Following are the Weight Loss tips:

Avoid High Calorie Products.

  • Always check fat content of eatable whenever you buy any eatable from the market
  • If you are devoting atleast 1 to 1.5 hrs/day for any physical activity e.g. exercise or games etc. then you can take calories but that is also in limit.
  • But if you don’t get time for any physical activities then just avoid any high calories food.

Use Olive Oil in cooking rather than other refined oils. Olive oil is very effective for fat/weight loss and also helpful in increasing matabolism.

Don’t skip meals: Its a misconception that weight loss can be achieved by skipping meals that actually false. This practice may have adverse affects on our body. Rather than skipping meals we should have atleast 5 – 6 healthy balanced meals which will increase our matabolism and which in turn burn fat.

Improve eating habits: Indians generally have 3 heavy meals i.e. Breakfast, Lunch and dinner which is a wrong practice. Rather we should split it to 5 – 6 meals but healthy and balanced with all nutrients, proteins, minerals and healthy necessary carbs.

Add more Fibers in you meals like oats, Fruits, Vegetables, Nuts etc. Specially main meals ke bich me. Specially add fibers between your main meals i.e. between breakfast and lunch or between lunch and dinner

Add citrus fruits in you diet like orange, mausmi, grapes etc. And avoid having juice from market rather you should it with its pulp that will be more benificial as you will get more fibers too.

Add whole grains in you diet like brown rice, Bajra ki roti, Chokar ki roti etc and avoid white bread, Meda, white rice etc. Its not only helpful for weight loss but also every effective for controlling chalestrol in you body.

Add Protien in you diet. Proteins is an anti – fat and help in weight loss. We can get proteins from vegetarian as well non-vegetarian sources

Eat slow. Studies says you should take atleast 10-15 mins to finish your meals as when we eat fast our body can’t calculate how much is its need and we do overeating but when we eat slow our body indicates us in better manner and we get escaped from overeating and this system helps us in weight loss

Use Sugar and Salt in balanced quantity. Extra Sugar and other sweet products increase sugar level (Insulin) which in turn increase our weight and extra salt results in water retention so its better to use sugar-free or lite salt rather than normal ones. 

Drink More water. Water is an effective fat burner. It helps in flushing toxins from our body. When we don’t drink enough water, our kidneys and liver which are responsible for removing toxins and waste material, will not function properly which results in low matabolism which is the major reason of weight gain. So Drink atleast 3-4 lts water a day.

Don’t eat anything heavy after 7 pm or 2-3 hours before sleep.

Have salad or fiber rich or Protein rich foods before 1 hr of sleep that will help you to reduce fat even at the time of sleeping.

Take enough sleep

We should take atleast 7 – 8 hours sleep per day. Sleep is very much necessary for our metabolic function. Our body breakdown carbohydrates, proteins etc. during sleep to produce energy for the next day so in case we don’t take enough sleep then our body will not be able to do this function and result will be low metabolism which is a major reason of weight gain. Enough sleep is also necessary to keep our hormonal level balanced

Weight loss can be done without exercise but for tone up the body and to get a good physique or figure without exercise is a bit difficult. Also exercises helps you to reduce weight more faster and increase the metabolism of our body.

Exercises can be started with simple morning walk and jogging which are common Weight loss exercises. But for great result I would recommend do Interval training. This type of training is just not only best for weight loss but also best for total body fitness.

    • Yeah its right but it depends upon person to person and body to body how it responds. Same formula may now work for all. I would suggest brisk walk rather than a normal walk and HIIT like tabata or some cardio vascular yoga exercises like Surya Namaskar for not only the weight loss but for total body fitness.
