In continuation to the previous article i.e. Easy & fast Weight Loss with natural home remedies, in this article, we will talk about some more proven natural or home remedies or weight loss foods which will help in weight loss. These natural remedies are very effective and will definitely give you positive results in very short time. Following are those remedies:


  • Take 1 teaspoon Carom Seeds
  • Tale 4 Garlic cloves and chop them.
  • Now, mix these well.
  • then take 1 glass luke warm water and mix 10-12 lemon drop into it.

Now, eat Garlic and Carom seeds mixture and drink lemon drink after it.

Take this twice a day for atleast 1 – 2 months. Take this on an empty stomach in the morning for the first time and second time in evening 

Other Benefits: This remedy is very good for common cold, cough and flu too.

CINNAMON TEA

  • Take 1 cup boiled water
  • Mix 1 teaspoon of Cinnamon Powder in boiled water and let it get cold.
  • Now, take 1 teaspoon honey and mix it with Cinnamon Powder Tea.

Drink Cinnamon Tea 1 – 2 times a day 

Other Benefits: It is also helpful in regulating the blood sugar level.

GREEN TEA

  • Take 1 cup boiled water
  • Take 1 teaspoon of Green Tea or 1 Green Tea Bag
  • Take 1 inch Ginger and chop it 
  • Now, add Ginger and Green Tea in boiled water and boil it for 4-5 more minutes

Strain it and Drink Green Tea twice a day.

Other Benefits: Green Tea increases the metabolism and it has antioxidants which helps in reducing stress.

 

ROSE PETAL WATER

  • Take 1 handful Rose Petals
  • Take 1 glass distilled water
  • Now, pour the distilled water and put the rose petals in a pan with a tight fitting lid and simmer about 15 – 20 minutes

Strain the liquid and drink about 1 to 1/2 cup of it every morning on an empty stomach.

It helps in reducing weight by flushing sodium from our body.

 

CITRUS FRUITS

Citrus fruits like Orange, Sweet Lemon, Kiwi, Pineapple etc. are very effective fat burning foods.

Have citrus fruits atleast twice a day preferably between main meals i.e. between Breakfast & Lunch and between Lunch & Dinner.

FENNEL SEEDS

Fennel Seeds are very good for digestive system and helps in reducing weight.

Eat 1 teaspoon Fennel Seeds after every meal.

WATER MELON

Daily consumption of WaterMelon helps in flushing the water retained in body and hence helps in losing weight.

CUCUMBER

Cucumber is also very effective in fat burning.

Have Cucumber salad twice a day preferably between main meals i.e. between Breakfast & Lunch and between Lunch & Dinner.
