Why I decided to Transform my body?

How I accomplish my goal (Gained muscle and lost weight)?

This is a 24 x 7 full time job. You have to be fully motivated and dedicated. My body don’t make me unique it makes me different. I don’t want to be average I don’t want to be normal. Being normal is the worst thing in the world you can be. It takes everything you have. You have to be patience, committed and serious. After following this you just have to work hard in Gym as well as in the kitchen. I know it is not easy and if it is easy then everybody would have done it. You have to start from zero. My idol jeff seid helps me too much only by his pics and videos it makes me more motivation and dedicated. He give me a plasma boost to do something more. 1 more hour per day makes different.

What Aspect Challenged Me The Most?

There are many situations I faced. No one taught me how to workout. There was no trainer nor now. It is tough to learn those aesthetics workout programs without a trainer or coach. I learned all this by myself. My potential helps me too much. “Never give up” are 3 magical words, I using from the beginning. There is lack of money but I never gave up. I faced low back injury, shoulder injury, leg injury sometime it make me sick sometimes plates dropped on my leg but I didn’t give up. Many peoples tried to demotivate me and used to say you can’t and you will never do it but they are probably the ones who scared I will. Now a days I am working hard and doing workout 6 times per week. It is only my body where I have to live so I have to take care of it. I worked while they sleep, learned while they do party, save while they spend and 1 day live like they dream.

How I feel or what I achieved after transformation? (Indian transformation story)

It’s not just about 1 hour workout in the gym it’s also about outside of the gym. Every meal every mouthful everything I do that takes me 1 step closer to my dream. I workout 6 days per week. I dont miss workout I never miss a meal I buy my food I count my calories I know exactly what I am eating every single day I know my body inside out I know what works and I know what doesn’t.Indian Transformation Story How I gained muscle & lost weight - Yash Drj

It feels pretty good when I am on the transformation track. After hardwork of 6 months I got my 6 packs abs and from that point I am maintaining them and then got 2 more abs. Now a days I am in bulking period. Now I can work on other body parts.

My future fitness plans

There is many plans but my first priority is to achieve my dream physique after that I will reveal my plans

Suggestions For Aspiring Transformers

I have something to tell you in 20 years from now you are gonna more disappointed about the things you didn’t do and by the once it did. So get out there dream big and achieve greatness. Don’t be afraid to dream and don’t be afraid to dream big because dreams do come true. I afraid weakness cheating and giving up just you have to do is one more time. It is not easy you have to be focused and dedicated
